This is a cultural geography class, not a place-name countries course. The course-load is light. You cannot see your current grade, only the percentage of the work you have completed over the entire semester, so you don't know your grade until you're completely finished with the course.

Each week consisted of a topic in geography (Physical Landforms, Economic Geography, Population Geography, etc.) with attached videos and websites related to the topic, a ~10-question homework assignment and a ~20-question quiz. It's very light in the actual courseload, but the content is hard to memorize. There are 3 exams, and they are 1hr timed each with multiple choice.

I took the course completely online, so he was very hands-off but does respond to emails. He does not give midterm grades.

I wish that I knew that this was a cultural geography class. I signed up thinking it was a "memorize-where-things-are" geography course and this was not.
