A broadly comprehensive and easy to digest introduction into the world of MSE. Kind of all over the place, but it's new and it addressed everything it needed to in order to introduce the concepts.

The content hardly goes in depth enough to be useful on its own. But the material is essential for laying foundational knowledge for higher level courses.

Dr. Moll was simply amazing. She can be sporadic and disorganized, but aside from that she is wonderful. Her passion is contagious, her energy is uplifting, and her self-awareness for her teaching has clearly benefitted her.

I didn't realize how easy this class was until it was over. The final presentation is headed very generously and the weekly(ish) assignments that make up the rest of the semesters coursework are thought provoking but simple.
