Enjoyed the class, having no (mandatory) homework was a big plus, but it is VERY slow at times and after a while the lectures can be hard to sit through

Mike is a great professor and is clearly very knowledgable, but we would sometimes get bogged down talking about a very basic concept for far to long and never got the opportunity to explore ideas outside of textbook scenarios.
