Super fun class if you keep up with the work. Frau Bose is also a great prof if it's your first time taking German. She makes sure to make class fun, and includes a lot of culture as well. The chapters move quickly week by week, but you're also in class for 8 hours a week, so what do you expect.

Do the homework! Listening to German music/watching German tv (with subtitles) also really helped, especially if you're planning to take 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year intensive German (I'm looking at you BIB students).
