Students often had to teach themselves the course content from the textbook and other resources, since the lectures were sometimes insufficient for the material covered in the assignments. Not a super fascinating class but important nonetheless.

The prof seemed a bit absent at first, but once students came to her with concerns about the TAs, regrading, and the presentation of material, she was very understanding and accommodating.
