Fine course and Dr. Pyle wants what's best for his students. He is very ego driven so if you kiss up to him he will take care of you.

He was willing to bend the rules in favor of students he liked, and he had a lot of sympathy for those who knew how to use him. I can think of four students who did nothing all year and received excellent grades, while my grade fell as a result of his assigning me three different partners, the last of whom arrived two days before the final grades. He would really advise pupils that appearing in a MOOT court or Mock Trial would look good on a law school application, but he never mentioned the LSAT or one's GPA. Take the class if you are ok with kissing up to him for an A. Don't take it if you are not. If you do take the class, see it no more as a GPA booster.
