Super easy class, he goes over all the important quotes that you can use on your essays in class. a lot of the class is watching movies and going over the assigned reading, but nothing crazy. def recommend not missing classes tho because they really help. Hemmer is a rlly chill guy and the topics he chooses are pretty interesting so its easy to stay engaged
very useful corse content, he litterally gives you what you need to write your essays and has tons of different helpful writing resources on the blackboard
super chill guy, easy to talk to and very understanding
honestly not much. it was pretty easy the whole way

Compared to other humanity courses, the quiz workload isn't too bad. There are quizzes but there is more of a focus on using the mcgraw hill online homework practice. This was a good class to brush up on concepts and memorize new terms.
A lot of discussion in class, input was valued and that is what made me like this class a lot more.
She asked good questions about how we thought and prodded us as to why, we went over logical fallacies and I felt I had a very good grasp of the concept by the end of the unit.
Space out your homework with mcgraw hill. It will take you up to 4 hours to do the weeks worth of that, so space it out, you cannot leave it to the last minute. Get it all out of the way.
