Tbh this class gets too much hate. Conceptually, it's not very difficult and has concepts already visited throughout ur academic career whether it be geography, world issues, darwin, etc - the only reason why ppl find it hard is because it's boring. However, i personally didn't find it that bad and actually enjoyed learning abt evolution (ecology not so much but wtv). My only complain is that there's hardly any practice to test your understanding prior to assessments. There's only "review" questions that they put at the end of every lecture that are usually very simple and doesn't go deep enough to provoke your memory and understanding that much - also doesn't do the exam questions justice. Because the content is boring, it can be very painful to cram and catch up on... this goes for any course really, but i find for this course it's even more important to stay on top of things because cramming something so boring without checkpoints can be soul sucking.
