The course itself is relatively interesting. Just don't get Mona

Understand your Verilog. The tests are pretty much carbon copies of the homework assignments

Whatever you do get Coulston. Mona, while a very nice professor, makes this class ridiculously hard as she does not teach the material very well

Study the homeworks for the final

Do not get mona for digital logic get Coulston instead. Mona is new to the school and was very slow to adapt to the material. Lectures were boring as hell and usually just repeated old homework problems. I have Coulston for another class and it's 1000000x better.

Binary/hex operations, logic gates, karnough maps, finite state machines. Kinda interesting but hard to wrap your head around. Labs are the worst part of the class, we use verilog which is like machine code and takes hours to finish. The TAs are amazing tho, if you can get Kristen, Nolan, or Josh for lab then you lucked out.
