Homework is very hard an will take a looooot of time. Like 10 hours a set on average with ch6 being the hardest. Office hours are entirely necessary to do decent on the homework.

Probably the best professor I've had in my 7 semesters at mizzou. Class is just really hard. Really takes time to teach you stuff.

Always go to office hours when you can. And never leave homework to the last minute. IF this class isn't necessary/ you aren't going to economics/statistics/actuarial science I don't think this is the best class to take as an easy elective
