The asynchronous aspect of the course is restricted week by week, so they do in fact keep you on a shedule. The grading criteria is very opinionated. This course is not friendly to anyone who has obligations outside of school: work, family, etc.
The content is fairly simple for the course level and in track with the line of classes bothbefore and after.
The professors have been "fair" upon being called out on their poor grading and techniques. They do not value professionalism within their essays: they accept the use of personal ronouns, poor essay structure, and they ignore the scientific essay structure of "idea, edividence, reasoning".
Make sure that you stay seating inside of the box they give you. If you try and think outside of it, you will find yourself fighting a very steep, uphill battle.
