The best part of this course was the dodgeball. A fine introduction to the Early College program on campus, "Health and Physical Fitness" combines two classes into one easy, anxiety-inducing course. This class was my first at NCCU. It ended at 3:50. The buses left at 3:55. We were far from the buses. We had to run. It was stressful. I received a textbook. You read the chapter, talk about it in class, and take a quiz. The assignments are simple. You interview your family, learn about your past, and take surveys. For the fitness part, you run. Running is a big part of it. You visit the campus gym one time. You'll go outside once or twice. You will forget most of what you learned by next semester.
Do not stress. Participation = 100% of your grade Some kids failed this class. I do not understand how. Just participate and have fun. In the health portion, make sure to read your textbook. There is a final exam with 50 questions or so. It is not very hard, but not easy either. Take notes.
