Prof. Howard was great for this class. We basically just talk the whole time. He is an easy-going and well-experienced teacher. Very slow with grading but flexible with constructing the syllabus to suit everyone.

Stay on top of the biggest weekly news headlines. Don't worry about the textbook readings that much. There is a midterm paper, a few presentations throughout the semester and a final research paper at the end.
