Very interesting course. I am an Entrepreneurship major and getting a minor in Economics and this course was very interesting in bringing the two together and highlighting the entrepreneur's presence in the economy.
Dr. Bylund was very interesting to listen to, and it was cool to take an economics class that was very philosophy-driven instead of just numbers. HOWEVER, this class required a lot of reading and I mean a lot. Some of the readings were tricky to understand as most of them were written in the 1700-1800's. We had two quizzes every week due before class and they were nearly impossible to pass without reading the assigned material. Some of the readings were very very long.
Very interesting
I probably would not have taken the class if I'd known it would be so reading-heavy. However, I'm very glad that I took it because I learned a lot and look back on it as a very interesting course with one of the smartest professors I've listened to lecture. I was also able to get Entrepreneurship and Econ credit for this class so it counted towards my major and my minor.
