The workload in this class was quite heavy but I LOVED it. We did a lot of case briefing so if you are interested in law school, take this class.

The content itself can be quite boring as you are usually reading cases about the Clean Air Act or administrative agencies that you don't take specific interest in, but Dr. Bird brings the humor and makes the content a little more interesting.

Dr. Bird can be very intimidating but the furth you go in the semester and the more you meet with her in office hours, the better you will do.
