The whole class consists of creating a new venture in a group, so you're kind of screwed if you don't get paired with good people. There's weekly meetings with either the TA or prof to guide you through your start-up, so use those to your advantage. There aren't really any lectures, but the course content is just working through "100 Steps to Startup".
