Ellen Choi was not too heavy on memorizing theories/note taking. Just need to memorize very few key notes during lectures to use in your essay/assignment. All and all very nice experience studying this course, good use of knowledge and skills in empathizing in simulated scenarios that a HR person might run into at a professional work setting.
