It isn't hard but answering the questions sufficiently takes a long time. I usually spent ~3-4 hours a week total on this class including preHW and post quizzes

The content is essentially made up corporate jargon that you have to "know" to pass the weekly quizzes. You do not have to attend the 3 hour Friday lectures, I have never watched them. You can take the quizes 2x and the first one you will likely pass while skimming the modules (need 70%, 10 question quiz)

No real professor, he "facilitates" the course (his words) and besides seeing him once in class for 30 mins I've never interacted with him again

If you are good at writing BS this will be very easy for you. Do not have to buy a textbook, but the class is very text heavy. Given ~100-150 pages assigned reading, although you can usually crtl-f for the questions pretty easily.
