I heard a lot of horror stories about this course. It wasn't that bad in all honesty. I attribute all of my success to a combination of online lectures being available (I tend to lose focus if lectures are too long or too early) and the professor explaining all of the pre-requisite knowledge required to understand how to solve a problem and its concept.

Very useful for mechatronic design. Not sure about other courses.

Amazing lecturer, very easy to approach during office hours and responds to emails very quickly. Make use of these resources. By far my favorite lecturer at SJSU. Exams are definitely more difficult than anything you see in class but if you've watched all the lectures and followed along with the examples you will for sure be able to ace the exam.

Watch all lectures, complete all homework assignments. Review HW assignments, study guide provided by the professor and you will 100% pass the class.
