I have always been good at history and I find it interesting so this class was going to be my easy class. I was Lucky and got Dr. Newsom who honestly is a spectacular teacher. She's hard on you cause she cares and wants you to pass she also makes the class incredibly hard to fail.

The course really just revolves around the amendments and the bill of rights. There were so many opportunities for extra credit.

Dr. Newsom is amazing. She loves teaching and she loves teaching about government. You can tell both are her passions and she wants you to pass and understand what she's teaching. Every week you had a little quiz to do as well as a discussion post or short essay. There was no final exam and instead you got to teach back about a certain topic you drew from a hat.

This class was fun and I loved taking it. I wish Dr. Newsom taught more than just government classes so I could have her as a teacher again.
