Course format is awful. It is not taught properly, and they don't take in account students that never have programmed in their lives. No curving. The course is heavily weighted on assignments, which are super hard to complete starting from lab 4, particularly for a programming beginner. The lectures and textbook don't even help for these labs. I personally hate programming now because of the way this course is taught, and I have not learned anything after completing more than half of this class.
