So unnecessarily heavy for a 100 level class on nutrition. Would not recommend if you’re taking it as an elective or hoping for an easy online class. It’s not hard stuff but they overwhelm you with discussion posts, and make the exams stuffed full so people had a hard time finishing them. It’s an open book course but since they are lazy and reuse the same quizlet questions, on the exams you can’t use quizlet or anything like that and they give a lot of questions so you have no time to actually use your notes and answer properly. Poorly designed class. Again, not super hard just really annoying and time consuming.

Definitely a harder class especially for a first year. You need to know an obscure amount of information especially for your midterm and final. Even with if being open book the average was around a 50 for the midterm this year. Pretty annoyingly heavy workload as well u HAVE to watch the lectures cause there’s questions embedded that count towards your grade, even though she literally reads word to word from the textbook.

Sabina is actually very nice one-on-one but such a tough grader with really crappy tests that don’t even compare to the quizzes

Advice

Do not take this as an elective!!! Weekly lecture questions plus quizzes plus a discussion every month is a pain in the ****.
