Comments on the course

pretty awesome class. not your standard lecture. Every week the prof discusses a new philosophy, from the stoics to the Marxists. really cool because we got to discuss in the lecture and say our thoughts, in addition to ask questions. as well, there are mandatory seminars each week where u discuss the philosophy.

Course Content

I enjoyed the content, but since it's "PHIL 101: introduction to Philosophy' i was expecting more perspectives. There's no eastern, middle eastern, south asian, etc. philosophy. this course should be re-named to introduction to western philosophy" because that's all u gettin.

Comments on the professor

Really engaging and passionate prof who is really passionate

Advice

readings start of on the smaller side and end up getting really long. there are assingments based on these readings, but nothing too hard or heavy
