Loved this course, the prof was very kind and eager to help you learn. He is understanding and the course is based on four tests, the lowest one is dropped.

Definitely more self teaching than I thought, but for a 101 class with 200 students and no TA's, I understand his stress. Material isn't very difficult but there is just so much of it. Textbook is really important to read. Whole grade is 4 exams with the lowest dropped.

I don't personally vibe with his teaching style but it's not bad. Even if he seems grumpy, he's not annoyed with asking questions or going to office hours.

Even if you think you understand something, go study it twice more.
