Probably the most useless course in all of my BMEG degree. Carl de Boer's lectures have little to no content as they are just slides with images. His explanations are incomprehensible in both the synchronous and asynchronous lectures. His answers on Piazza are just him asking you a question in response to your own. The other professor in the first half of this course Ali Bashashati is better. The direction of the course is lacking in the second half. Overall I had high expectations for this course which were not delivered on.

Unfortunately there is no choice but to take it as it is a mandatory course for a BMEG degree. There was a term end project in our year, and my advice for that would be to start early because you do not want to be working on the project instead of studying for finals like I did.
