great prof and great course! Chirp did a lot for me It was a nice textbook!

Overall a pretty interesting course! Chem 12 in high school was a struggle for me, so I thought this course was going to be my hardest in term 1. However, I actually got one of my highest grades of the term in this class and somewhat enjoyed everything that we learned! Dr. Terpstra was kind and patient when answering questions, she also held extra office hours before exams which were really helpful!

Make sure to go through all Chirp questions before taking an exam to get an idea of what the questions are like!

Chem 120 is a really interesting course! I found it super interesting how the electron is a wave and how this idea can be applied to chemical bonds.

Do a lot of practice problems.
