Honestly, it was really interesting course content; I just hated that the class was from 3:30-5:00. If this had been at 11 am, it would have been one of my favourite courses, but I ended up dreading it (and maybe shipping a few lectures...) because of the time block.

Despite the name "visualizing climate change," you'll want to expect more about the socio-economic and psychological factors about communicating about climate change.

Fernanda is very good at making the dread of climate change feel manageable.

This is not a science class; it's basically a communications class. You won't be writing essays; you'll be making infographics and podcasts. Spend the first few weeks getting to know a few people- you will have a lot of group projects, and you won't want to get stuck with complete strangers.
