So much memorization. The worksheets were kind of hard especially if you're taking this as an arts kids fulfilling the science req. Generally I wouldn't say this is an easy A at all unless you're naturally good at science
sometimes it's interesting or useful, but mostly it's just memorizing lots of terms for random stuff
the course had a diff prof every few weeks which kept it interesting, but some were more boring than others and the exam for some modules were much harder than others.
definitely try to make friends so you can compare you worksheets.

Good for fulfilling arts science requirement.
Waves was pretty boring, but I liked the section on landslides and earthquakes.
Different prof every two weeks or so. All were very nice, but some more interesting than others.
The worksheets were weirdly difficult. Definitely try and go over your answers with people because they're a big part of your final grade.

Fun course, good for fulfilling requirements, though can be memorization heavy if that is not your thing. Professors rotate depending on the module, and have different teaching styles that can be hard to adapt to. Decent chunk is participation/iclicker - around 7% of overall mark. Exams and homework are straightforward

Decent course to take for your science requirement as an arts major. Wasn't super easy for me because I'm not used to memorizing science-y stuff.
It was interesting learning about storms. Learning about waves was so boring.
The course was taught by a different professor every 2 weeks or so, and some were really fun (especially meteorology guy).
