Seemed random at first, but I was surprised by how much everything connected to my other history courses/everyday life.

Really kind and helpful, super responsive to any questions and discussions in class, and made the lectures very interesting despite the lecture format. One con is that he often went over time, so if anyone had a class right after that might be difficult.

Not as reading-intensive as other history courses, but if you don't put in effort weekly you will do poorly on the exams. Take good notes and pay attention and you should do well.
