This course is a lot of work and very difficult. It is also not very interesting if you are not interested specifically in 3d art styles. You also may have to walk across campus to pick up files for the project and purchase a decent amount of materials.
The projects were pretty boring except for the final, which was a group project for an art exhibit. They are all 3d models.
This professor is a very harsh grader and sometimes difficult to understand. She sometimes doesn't mention what is required for the project so you have to ask a lot of questions. She also grades very specifically, I got a C on the first project and quickly edited to get A's on the rest.

This class focuses a lot on you purchasing materials and building sculptures based on assignment criteria. It drains you if you aren’t prepared or motivated to work. Though the ending results are good for portfolio review.
If the only option is to take this class online, I would consider waiting. The online setting destroyed the passion to create sculptures and it was so hard to sit through the long classes
