I will start with saying the professor seems like a genuinely nice person, but the workload for a summer class is absurd. He is expecting multiple assignments that would usually take weeks to be due in 1 week. He will only open assignments the week of as well so you have no warning on how much time you need to set aside for large assignments, with very little preparation and high expectations.

A lot of reading, responding to discussions posts, essays and website creations that I won't ever use in the future.

Like I said, they seemed nice but it was obvious this was their first time teaching a summer class of this scale.

The class had seemed interesting at first but with the amount of reading and work load, it was a hard turn off from the start. I would recommend taking this class during normal semesters and not during summer unless you have literally nothing to do in your life. Those working part-time jobs, best stay away!
