I think the course teaches some really interesting concepts. While it has the reputation of being a "weeder" class, it's not bad as long as you keep up with the content being taught.
We learned about intermediate microecon theory. Indifference curves, budget constraints, types of goods, etc.
Honestly, pretty dry. Don't expect a charismatic and fun professor if you have Hartman; he's there to teach you in a pretty straightforward and blunt way, which honestly isn't a bad thing for this class.
I would definitely take advantage of every resource they give (which is a lot). Practice tests and problem sets are super helpful if you know what you're doing, and go to office hours if you have any questions.

I loved the course. It was quite a fun challenge. However, you have to be on top of everything.
Learned microecon theory. Kinda useful but forgot everything after a few months to be honest.
Pros: knowledgeable about the subject Cons: kind of intimidating and doesn't have time to answer all questions The real professors for this course are the TAs and CLAS tutors.
The key to this class is to do every single practice midterm, go to office hours with the questions that you're confused on, and re-do those those questions and practice midterms. While the course is difficult, they give you so much resources to do well.
