Attendance is required 1 hour per week to receive points on homework. Class time outside the first hour is optional and is basically office hours. Homework is moderately difficult for new programmers and takes 2 hours per week. Projects are given once per month, which is basically a very large coding assignment. Exams are somewhat difficult but many practice exams are provided.
