I hated this class. I've gotten nothing less than a A- in every other business class so far (including Business Finance and Far 1) but this class ended that. The main problem was that the professor couldn't teach the material well at all and it was up to you to somehow figure out what everything meant.

The content itself was important, I just didn't understand any of it.

He's a nice guy I guess, but he doesn't know how to introduce and explain topics well.

Get a different professor or just don't take this class and take the financial modeling class instead.
