Really enjoyable. I got a lot out of it, and had a lot of fun learning about dinosaurs again for the first time in a long time.
Covers information on dinosaurs throughout most of the Mesozoic, and a little stuff from earlier to set the stage.
Professor was good. Helped me find more information when I requested, and clearly loves the subject. The lectures were recorded by someone else, but he was very ready to step in and help when asked.

As a student just trying to get as many simple electives in my schedule, this course was pretty excellent and straightforward. I like dinosaurs, and I learned so much about them in such a short time (Summer B). It's a fun class, I highly recommend it.
Mostly module material, but you do have to read the book, which can be found for free online. Quizlet does have a lot of the current material, but at the time of this rating, be warned that they just came out with a new version of the book, where they may update the course significantly. Exams are Honorlock, but are open book/note, which is helpful since I struggle with exams.
I didn't speak to him much, but he did have a single zoom call for Exam 1 overview.
Watch all videos and Dr. Marshall's lectures. It has about 70% of that's on the quizzes!

This was the easiest course I have ever taken.
The hardest part were the discussion posts, and those were still pretty easy. Exams are open note, open textbook, and even though they are on honorlock, she lets you cover the camera because she thinks it's unnecessary.
The professor is really nice and great. She is obviously passionate about the subject, and she is happy to help.
Don't waste time reading the textbook. I did at first, but you really don't need to.

Easiest course ever. Great for a GPA boost or fulfilling a biology credit. Weekly quizzes and discussions took me 20 minutes max. Exams are based on quiz questions, so if you get those right, exams are a breeze. All assignments are open-book, open-note. Use Quizlet to study.
Take this class! Even if you’re not interested in dinosaurs, it’s worth the biology credits and GPA boost if you need it.

Honestly a fun course if you're interested in dinosaurs and prehistoric life. The workload is pretty light but if you read the textbook through like I did, it gets to be moderate. Still, I could knock out the week's module in a few hours.
Dr. Marshall's lectures were engaging and never more than about half an hour. She really respected our time. I also valued the fact that she let us use notes for the exam, as it helped me learn how to take college-level notes without the added fear of failing a test.
Download the textbook online (you can find it for free) and have fun with it! The subject matter is fascinating, just make sure you're actually a dino/science person or it might get a bit tiresome.
