Pretty boring, especially toward the end of the course as everything feels repetitive. An easy A. Module content is due every other week, so it allows for a nice balance with other courses.
It's not super useful, but the class does encourage you to think about your role in society as a media professional. Content is mainly philosophies/theories. Two discussion posts per module (prompts are written by teams of classmates, so you'll have to write one with your own team), and one quiz. The essay towards the end is a little tricky when figuring out what topic/issue you'll write about.
Dr. M is awesome and very easy to work with! A. different professor teaches the course content but Dr. M facilitates the actual class.
The chapters are hard to read as they feel repetitive and boring.

Can be pretty boring and repetitive, but I think thats the nature of the topic.
Lots of reading about philosophy and philosophers, then applying that to the media world.
He is nice and willing to help. The grading was a little unclear, especially towards the end, but it wasnt detrimental.
Stay on top of the work and deadlines
