I enjoyed this course quite a bit, it is a lot like calculus in high school but you may learn a few more concepts. Since you will have probably already covered a lot of the subjects it will be easier.
I really loved this prof, the assignments and exams were fair as was the grading system. She was very helpful and understanding

Course covers: limits, derivatives, integrals. Most later math courses will assume you are fully knowledgeable in these concepts, so this course is usefull.
Mike Newman is an engaging lecturer, but at some points I felt that he was covering the material in a slow pace.
Do the textbook questions.

First half was derivatives, then second half was integrals + applications of derivatives. If you took high school calc, it should be easy to pass the first part (and applications), but once integrals start you need to pay attention.
Not bad, although had some silly rules like no phones because the radiation bugs her head.
Learn integrals beforehand to make the second half easier.

First half is a review of grade 12, second half is integrals and that's where people tend to struggle. The workload is light during the first half and people often don't do the suggested textbook questions.
If you have the time and motivation, learn integrals on your own to make the second half of this course easier. Don't worry if you can't figure out some of the more complicated integrals since you'll only do easy to medium difficulty ones in calc 2
