Overall the content is interesting enough; it goes pretty deeply into the pros and cons of different types of renewable energy, and the challenges associated with it. It would definitely be better taught by someone else, though.

She knows a lot of stuff about a lot of stuff, and is experienced in the course content...and she wants you to know it too. I never had any direct interactions with her, but the weekly messages and reminders came across as patronizing more often than not. At one point she asked for mid-semester feedback, but also made sure to take the opportunity to share a study into bias in educational surveying based on gender; my criticisms of her as a professor could not have less to do with the fact that she's a woman.
