Course material is super useful for future classes (especially eos300). Definitely try to pay attention in those dry lectures a ton of important information was only briefly spoken about and not written anywhere. Tests were open notes but I personally found the questions to be a bit convoluted at times. he did bring in donuts to bribe us to do our course evaluation though which was nice
