CA250 is the best class I've taken! His lectures are engaging, content goes into a lot of depth, and you have a lot of autonomy when it comes to the essays. The only downside is you have to rent media occasionally for assignments and the peer reviews aren't very helpful. You can easily an A if you like writing and are passionate about media.

The content you learn centers around consuming content thoughtfully and being critical of large corporations. There are weekly quizzes, but they are fairly easy and there's no midterm.

Very friendly, very knowledgable, very passionate. Would take a class with him again!

The class slides are all pictures, so unless you have a friend you can get notes off of, go to lectures. Discussion attendance is graded so plan your three "free" absences.
