Overall pretty straight forward, class was a bit challenging but he generously curved the grades. No real exam review sheets so those were a challenge if you don't understand the material but quizzes and homework is pretty straight forward through McGraw

He made it pretty clear that managerial accounting is borderline useless if it's not what you want your career to be specifically in, wasn't too enthused about teaching it.

Pretty relaxed, somewhat monotone and can get boring to listen to after a while.
