Prof: Saeed Ghasemi / Winter 2022
Apr 27, 2022
Overall the class was good, initially, the lectures were easy but at the end of the semester it kind off get harder.
This course would have lots of logics, sets, graphs, trees, growth of the functions etc. Some might find this course to be useful, whereas some would find it difficult when they dont know where to apply the concepts
Pros: * Questions in midterm are good, when you understand and solve all the examples and the mock tests before you write the tests, you can get >80% easily. * Attendance wouldn't matter, but attending lectures could help you at last min studies. * Supports students when the class average goes down. Cons: * Might give some pauses in between he speaks, but he is a good professor.
Either take Natasha May if she is avaiable, heard lots of good reviews about her. Saeed Ghasemi is also recommened instructor. If they both arent available. Kindly take a look on their reviews, because sometimes instructors might be helpful than you think. Although this course seems to be easy, it is not. If you put little work from the initial week. You would feel easy and less burden. Good Luck with your course👍
