Best advice i can give you for this class is you should go to class, (simon reminds you)if you get good grades on the assignments and pray you get a 50 on the final youre not gonna. go to class stay on top of the material and you might not fail. Hardest exam i have seen in my life, be prepared to read stata printouts and stay there for 3 hours

Very useful material regarding introductory statistical analysis and interpretation of results.

Very fun prof to have, if you come to class and understand the material. For this particular class he likes to encourage you to do the work yourself instead of laying it out in front of you. I enjoyed as much as a class with a complicated topic and a 60% final can be enjoyed.

Take notes and compare them to the textbook, ask the TA or look it up if you get stuck, it eventually makes sense. You will need the textbook but not at all times, share it with a friend or 2.
