Course is generally pretty alright, covers necessary knowledge for BSW students and gives a general overview of social welfare structures.

Prof. Ferrer was generally fine, although several classmates found his grading guidelines to be hard to follow and the readings very heavy, and found the way he structured class to be more like a discussion group than anything else.
