There are weekly discussion posts (short answers) and quizzes (5 questions) based on lecture, short article and/or powerpoint. Every week, he also assigns a movie or you can choose one within the assigned topic and answer 4-5 questions in essay format (2-3 pages). For the final, we have to write a 9 page paper analyzing one film of our choice. Seems like a lot, but it isn't! I highly recommend taking this class with Carnero.

Fair on grading and his lectures are super helpful as he makes it intriguing. Carnero makes you wunna go to class.
