I'm glad I had this before taking AI. It goes into the math of NN and the approach of convolutions and image recognition. Much more in-depth on these topics than in the AI course. Goes into self-organizing systems, with an interesting lesson in urban self-segregation. Goes into much psychology--most memorably on self-handicapping, something that I've found helpful in understanding the world outside of CS.

Prof. Eisenberg (dec.) is in the lecture videos. Very broadly read--pulls from many directions. Very interesting guy. Stade handled the rest.
