Personally, I love calculus and really enjoyed taking this class. I took the AP Calc AB exam so a lot of the material was review from things I had covered previously.
About half the class was content that I had covered through the AP Calc AB class, so if you have taken that or Calc BC, just be prepared for review. Lots of WebWork assignments and CoCalc labs.
I really liked Drupieski. He's funny in a geeky way and you can tell he really enjoys teaching math. He covers material pretty quickly though and it can be difficult to ask questions sometimes.
CoCalc is the bane of my exsistance.

You get out what you put in. Most topics are easy. Some require a lot of thinking. Most work can be tedious but not hard.
Starts with basic concepts and functions in linear algebra and moves towards application project. A lot of work in eigen vectors and values. Almost everything will done by hand, no program experience is necessary.
Dr. Drupieski is vanilla. Not very exciting but he knows his stuff and is very good at teaching it in a digestable manner. He really likes to call on students to answer questions so you do need to be aware. However, he doesn't make you feel bad if you don't know an answer. Solid prof
Application projects are usually with a partner so it is best to take this class with a friend.
