Organic chemistry itself is a hard class, Mohler definitely made it easier for me to learn compared to other professors in the chemistry department.

You learn about bonds and hybridization which is very important for many other chemistry courses. Many organic principles about reaction mechanism are also important for other chemistry classes.

Mohler was a great professor for me, the way she explained things just made sense and she didn't expect you to remember everything from class to class. She was very easy to talk to and ask for help. Some people say that she can be a little condescending but did not experience that.

Meet with your professor regularly and do practice problems. This course is not one that can be cram-studied for.
