A little boring and hard. Hard to stay focused. There are some interesting chapters in the course.

Examine the challenges and opportunities encountered by finance managers of multinational corporations in making financing and investment decisions with a global perspective. It also involves an understanding of the macroeconomic environment governing international business.

This was the first semester this course was ever run, so expect to see it a bit different in the future, but all in all, I found it interesting and cool.

The content was interesting. Goes a lot more in depth on some topics than 2FB3. As a non-finance major, I'm not sure if this will actually be useful in the future, but it was interesting.

Tbh I took this class just because Waquar Ahmad was teaching it. He's a fantastic prof, I've had him 3 semesters in a row now. 10/10 recommend him.

If you're planning to take this, take 2FB3 seriously, like actually understand that content, it'll be helpful for this class.

This is a good course if you are interested in building on the finance you learned in second year. It is important that you constantly review what you learned during second year. There are quizzes every 2 weeks with 2 midterms.

Engages in theory of corporate finance and analytical techniques finance managers use in running a business enterprise. It is an extension of the finance theories and practices developed in Managerial Finance. The focus is on investment decisions, financing decisions and payoff decisions managers must make in running a business.
