This class was highly engaging and informative.

You will learn a ton about US law relating to the business world. You have a weekly quiz (2-3 questions about textbook cases and D2L readings for the chapter) and three tests (100+ T/F questions based on 4-5 chapters worth of content). All in all, not bad at all so long as you pay attention and study.

Prof Hipolit is hands-down one of the best professors I've had at MU. He's an actual lawyer and knows the law inside and out. His lectures move quickly, but he explains everything clearly and will stop to answer any questions you have.

Participate in class, it can raise your grade an entire letter. Likewise, *do not* use your phone in class. He clearly states this rule on the first day, so if he catches you doing it, he will call you out.
